All orders are subject to the standard 20% VAT and this is added to the order at the checkout stage.

If you are an Ireland delivery and you have a registered VAT account, please ring with your order. We cannot authorise VAT refunds once an order has been accepted.


All our UK parcels are shipped out with FedEx, please go to to track your order.

Orders to Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland and Europe will be sent with DHL, please go to to track your order.

Please note our next day delivery is next working day, we do not ship on Saturdays unless you have selected Saturday delivery and we do not ship on Sundays or Bank Holidays.

You will not be refunded for delivery costs should you wish to return your item(s).

If you require any special delivery arrangements we do offer premium delivery services these can be booked over the phone.

How Long Does Delivery Take?

Orders must be received before 5 pm for next working day delivery. Occasionally this can take up to 2 working days dependent on your location. Excluding Southern Ireland where delivery takes longer.

If your order has been dispatched and it hasn't arrived as planned, we ask that you first contact the courier with your tracking number. Failing this, please contact us. Next day delivery is available subject to stock availability, cleared funds and customer address verification. Next Day delivery excludes weekends and bank Holidays. Orders to Southern Ireland can take up to 2 working days.

Please note our shipper delivers between 7.30am – 18.00pm. If you are unavailable between these times then you will be left a card to contact your nearest Interlink/DHL depot to arrange re-delivery.

We do not authorise the delivery of goods to a neighbour/friends house or for the goods to be left in a safe place.

The drivers can only return to a customer once more after they have left a calling card and if you still are unavailable the goods will be returned to the local depot for collection.

Missing / Damaged Items

If you believe you have a missing or damaged item or have been sent goods incorrectly and it has not been advised on the shipping notes that other items are to follow please contact us immediately on the day of receipt. All Items despatched from CCTVdirect are monitored via CCTV and we can check your consignment for accuracy. In the unlikely event that we have misplaced your items, we will endeavour to ship you the missing items ASAP. Please note we are unable to deal with claims for damage reported after 24 hours.


All products shown are new and covered by the manufacturer’s warranty for a minimum of 12 months unless otherwise stated. (All warranties exclude product misuse, modifying a product in any way, video heads, monitor tubes & CCD sensors damaged by normal wear & tear). This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Can I get a full refund?

Any product that has been in use for over 28 days will not qualify for a full refund. In this case, you will be offered a product alternative up to the same value of the products in question.

Can I cancel my order?

You have the right to cancel your order with us, in accordance with Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. The period in which you can exercise that right is 7 working days beginning the day after your goods are received. The unused goods (including any free gifts) must be returned as originally packaged at the customer’s expense. You must apply for a returns number below. We reserve the right to have the goods inspected by a technician prior to replacement or refund.
